Diafemme — Order & Shipping Terms

By placing an order on Diafemme you agree to the terms below. These ensure clarity and protect both parties.

These policies set expectations for availability, shipping charges, returns and warranty handling. For any questions, reach out to our Customer Care team.

All orders are subject to product availability. While Diafemme maintains accurate inventory on the website, occasional stock discrepancies may occur.

  • If an item is unavailable at purchase, Diafemme will ship the available products immediately.
  • For backordered items, we will contact you to confirm whether you prefer to wait for restock or receive a refund for the unavailable product.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, package dimensions and delivery destination. Shipping fees are collected with the purchase and the amount shown at checkout is the final shipping charge.

3.1 Returns — Change of Mind

Diafemme accepts returns for change of mind when:

  • A return request is made within 7 days of receipt.
  • Items are returned in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and must be arranged by the customer. Once we receive and accept the return, refunds will be issued as store credit. Shipping fees paid at purchase are non-refundable.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of receipt. Customers pre-pay return shipping; upon successful claim, Diafemme will reimburse the return postage.

After we receive the returned item, we will process the warranty claim within 7 days. If approved, you may choose:

  1. Refund to original payment method
  2. Store credit
  3. Replacement item (subject to availability)

Delivery timelines vary by courier and destination. During checkout, a more specific estimate will be provided based on the chosen courier. For international shipments, transit typically ranges depending on origin/destination and courier service.
